To ensure maximum freshness and products purchased the same morning from our trusted suppliers, we prepare your breakfast fresh and customized. We kindly ask you to confirm your preference between the sweet or savory option by 5:00 PM the day before.
If you book directly from our website, the breakfast cost is reserved at €20 per person (instead of €25 charged on external booking platforms).
The Sweet Option
A gentle awakening with the aromas from our oven. Artisanal Genoese focaccia and freshly baked plain brioche. Toasted bread served with quality butter and local preserves. Small house pastries and whole yogurt with crunchy muesli. Fresh fruit salad cut to order.
The Savory Option
Bold flavors and products from our region. Our artisanal focaccia, crispy and golden. Selection of local cured meats and cheeses with toasted bread and butter. Fried eggs prepared to order with crispy bacon. Hot toast with high-quality cooked ham and melted cheese.
Beverages (espresso, cappuccino, tea, and fruit juices) will be requested at your table by our staff during service.
